The Industry, Trade and Supply Directorate in Zarqa issued three warnings for noncompliance with Defense Order 11 Wednesday.

Three citizens were fined for not abiding by precautionary health measures, such as wearing facemasks and social distancing while shopping.

The Zarqa Industry, Trade and Supply Director said the directorate's inspections are ongoing in shops and markets to ensure compliance with health measures issued by the government.

The aim is to protect citizens' health and prevent further spreading of COVID-19.
